As per visitor's request, we are starting to put sushi bar information. We try to avoid reviewing the restaurant and sushi bar. If we do, please pardon us.
The information that we will put are the omakase menu, how much the cost, how many fish, the variety, topping, style and every single detail about the fish. We think that reviewing the restaurants are too general and you may find in zagat, yelp or other. As a sushi fans, we visit many sushi bars to experience different sushi chefs skills. One sushi chef is different than others. The fish that they get is different than other restaurant as well.
We WILL write: Omakase information; $$, ∑ (quantity), fish size, how the sushi chef act, the topping (if aplicable), culture, maybe the pairing (wine or sake collection), what fish (if we remember), special fish that available and something that we remember about.
We WILL NOT write: the service, decor, tea, ice water refill, hostess and waiter skills to explain, how long we wait on the line, how tall the table or the chef and other unused information.
You want to participate. Great, feel free to register and contact me.
A tiny note:
The review about the taste above is a general review. There is no fish taste the same. The weather, size, quality, the source of the fish and how the sushi chef prepare them are important aspects to the taste and texture. We try to write as accurate as possible. Therefore, we are looking forward to the reader to participate in the discussion/comment to add/adjust/revise those review. Please mention when, where and specific detail how you review the fish.
